The sampling set is the property of Raiffeisen-Laborservice. The costs for not or incompletely returned sets will be charged 3 months after delivery date with 15,00 € per set.

I agree that the laboratory may begin the analysis before the expiry of the withdrawal period (14 days) and that my right of withdrawal will expire upon receipt of the sample(s) in the laboratory.

All samples received by us must be prepared or analyzed immediately in accordance with DIN analysis regulations to obtain representative test results. For example, microbiological water samples cannot be stored until the end of the withdrawal period. Otherwise, the analysis results would be incorrect and worthless. Therefore, our laboratory services can only be performed upon premature expiration of the right of withdrawal.

We treat this data with the utmost confidentiality, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for advertising purposes. According to data protection law, we require your consent to use this data. Without your consent, we unfortunately cannot process your order. After the order has been processed, you have the option of revoking your consent. If you revoke your consent, Raiffeisen Laboratory Service will no longer be able to answer any questions about your analysis.

To process your order and manage your analysis data, we need your complete, postal address. We require your telephone number and email address for any queries regarding your sample and to send your results. We do not ship sampling kits to packing stations or to customers with incomplete or invalid contact information.
