The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The confidentiality and integrity of your personal data is a personal concern to us. At the end of May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO) replaces the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and continues to include strong protection of your personal data. We treat this data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Within the company, data protection is also a major concern for us. Our employees have been explicitly obligated to maintain secrecy and confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.

The information on this website has been compiled with great care. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given for its correctness and completeness. For this reason, any liability for possible damages in connection with the use of this website is excluded. The use of our website does not create any contractual relationship between the user and us.

1. Collecting personal data

This includes in particular in the context of business initiation as well as processing: Your surname and first name, your address as well as place of residence, your telephone as well as mobile number, your e-mail address as well as further details such as telephone number and address of your company / organization, etc. In the context of the application for a terminable customer account, additional information is obtained regarding customer-related bank details.

Personal data also includes information about your use of our website. In this context, we collect personal data from you as follows: Information about your visits to our website such as scope of data transfer, the location from which you retrieve data from our website, and other connection data and sources that you retrieve. The respective user sees exclusively after a log-in system on the state of the art own data and/or information to the own order process.

If, after setting up a terminable customer account, such data from other contractual relationships accrue at SCHUFA, RRAE may also obtain information about this. SCHUFA's contractual partners are primarily credit institutions and credit card and leasing companies. In addition, SCHUFA also provides information to commercial, telecommunications and other companies that provide services and supplies against credit. The aforementioned data transfers may only take place in accordance with existing data protection legislation if this is permissible after considering all the interests concerned.
