Shipping costs and fees

Deliveries are possible to Germany and the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Denmark

For orders that require a sample to be returned, the customer must also pay the return shipping costs.

We charge the following shipping costs and fees:

• Shipping of sampling sets for water and organic fertilizer samples within Germany:
  Free of charge 
• Shipping of sampling sets for water and organic fertilizer samples to other EU countries:
  5,50 € / sample
• Fee for non-returned sampling sets (in Germany) within a period of 3 months:
  15,00 € / sampling set
• Fee for non-returned sampling sets (to other EU countries) within a period of 3 months:
  20,00 € / sampling set
